Since 1993, Katana has provided both cuisine and entertainment. Inspired by Miami, the sushi are placed on streaming boats rather than on the typical conveyor belts seen in Japan, known as "kaiten zushi".
The seats are surrounding the streaming boats at Katana for all customers to be involved in this experience. This method of serving is meant to serve as entertainment for all ages along with the fresh sushis we provide.
Seating is very limited - 25 seats.
